Initial Setup

1. Accessing the Portal

Navigate to your SSO Portal URL (e.g., https://sso.platformaxion.com) and log in with your credentials.

Demo Credentials:

  • Tenant: demo-company
  • Admin: admin@demo.com / Admin@2024!
  • User: user@demo.com / User@2024!

2. First Login

  1. Enter your tenant identifier
  2. Provide email and password
  3. Complete MFA setup if required
  4. You'll be directed to the application dashboard

3. Understanding the Dashboard

The main dashboard displays:

  • Available Applications: Apps you can access
  • Profile: Manage your account settings
  • MFA Settings: Configure two-factor authentication
  • Admin Panel: For administrators only

Admin First Steps

For Tenant Administrators:

  1. Review Users: Check Device & User Management

For Super Administrators:
